Welcome to NetMirror. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NetMirror application and website (the "Service") operated by NetMirror Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Plans: NetMirror offers Basic (₹99/month), Standard (₹249/month), and Premium (₹449/month) subscription plans.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
• Free Trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 48 hours of a payment if:

• You were charged incorrectly or duplicated
• The Service was significantly unavailable during your billing period
• You experienced a technical issue preventing access

To request a refund, contact support@netmirror.app with your payment details and reason for the request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without authorization
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Circumvent any technological measures we use to protect the Service
• Upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt the Service

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service — including but not limited to movies, series, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of NetMirror Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Content Availability

Content available on the Service may vary by region and is subject to change at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific title will be available or remain available. We may add or remove content from the library at our discretion.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable policy
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm NetMirror or other users

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetMirror Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
