By accessing or using FrameForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use FrameForge, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Use of Service

You may use FrameForge for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Upload or create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or extract source code from the platform
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or distributing malware

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you create or upload. By using FrameForge, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the editing service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used premium features. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Free Tier

The free tier includes limited features and exports with a FrameForge watermark. Free tier availability and features may change at our discretion. We may limit storage and rendering capacity for free accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

FrameForge, its logo, features, and interface are our intellectual property. Templates, effects, and stock content provided within the platform are licensed for use within FrameForge only, unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

FrameForge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FrameForge is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
